Hosting and running costs are billed to the client's accounts.
Support included with your package covers basic administration and limited ad-hoc updates. Major development work is scoped and quoted separately.
Our standard hourly rate: R450/hour. Process: we meet to define the scope, provide a written quote (hours × standard hourly rate), and start work once the quote is accepted. After launch, any additional ad-hoc changes are billed at the standard hourly rate; each change will be issued a new quote and invoice.
Third-party running costs: App Store / Apple Developer Program fees, Azure resource usage (storage, compute, etc.), domains, and other third-party services are paid from the client's accounts and will be listed on the written quote.
All example ranges below use the standard hourly rate shown above.

Billing & support summary
- Standard hourly rate: R450/hour. Final price provided as a written quote after scoping.
- Hosting & running costs: Hosting, Azure resources, App Store/Play Store fees, domains, and similar running costs are billed to the client's accounts and will be shown on the written quote. We will assist with setup and configuration but do not include those third-party charges in our hourly rate.
- Support bundles: Optionally purchase monthly bundles (e.g., 5 / 10 / 20 hours) or use ad-hoc hourly billing.
- Quotes: Written quotes are provided following the scoping meeting and must be accepted before work begins.
